The pages on this website describe our web development, software development, mobile app, UI/UX, hosting, database, SEO, social media and design services in general terms. Prices, timelines and deliverables for any project are agreed separately in writing before work starts. Nothing on this website is a binding offer on its own.

The text, logo, graphics and design of this website belong to Dr Software unless stated otherwise. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission. Who owns the work we build for a client is set out in the agreement for that project.

Links to other sites

This website may link to other services, such as WhatsApp. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Limits of liability

We take care to keep this website accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using the website or relying on its general information.

What we collect

Contact form: your name, email address, phone number, the service you choose and your message.

Email subscription forms: your email address and the date you subscribed.

Technical data: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to run and protect the site.

Cookies: the forms use a short-lived session cookie to stop the same visitor sending many messages in a few seconds. We do not use advertising cookies. The map on our contact page is provided by Google and may set its own cookies when it loads. If we add website analytics in future, we will update this page.

How we use it

We use the details you send to reply to your enquiry, to prepare quotes and deliver services you ask for, and, if you subscribed, to send you updates about Dr Software. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing us. We do not sell your personal information.

Who can see it

Only our team, and the service providers we need to run the website and our email, such as our web hosting and email provider. We may also share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your request and for our business records. Subscriber emails are kept until you unsubscribe.
